WordPress is one of those frameworks that powers the internet, but how to host it in the cloud? I want to show you all the steps you need to follow to host a wordpress website – new or migrated – in AWS.
We will be using Amazon Lightsail, a service that takes care of everything. From providing you the instance to host your wordpress, add a CDN distribution – content distribution network so your content is fast all around the globe, to provide HTTPS content with free SSL certificates. Also I want to show you how to add a custom domain. For that i will show you how to buy and configure a route 53 domain (but you can do this step with any domain provider).
